About the role
Our company is growing quickly and we need an office manager to help organize and maintain our space.
What they're looking for
- Experience: 1–2+ years of experience in office management, workplace operations, facilities coordination, or similar roles in a fast-paced environment
- Impeccable Judgment and Professionalism: Works independently with minimal oversight and excellent discernment, escalating issues only when needed, while embracing a proactive and hands-on approach to all tasks
- Organized Operator: Creates and maintains reliable systems that keep the office running smoothly
- On-Site Presence: Ability to work in-person from our New York City office 5 days a week during standard hours (9:30 am to 5:30 pm EST)
