About the role
This isn't just a job; it's a chance to build something that matters. As a Product Designer at Verse, you'll shape how clinicians, care coordinators, and patients experience at-home care. Healthcare is the most under-designed industry in America, and the one that needs great design the most. The software clinicians use every day looks and feels a decade behind the tools they use in the rest of their lives, and patients feel that gap at the worst possible moments.
What they're looking for
- 3 - 7 years of product design experience shipping complex, workflow-heavy software in production, ideally B2B, healthcare, or other specialized professional tools
- An online portfolio with visually compelling projects/projects that use visuals to guide users through a premium experience
- Storytelling skills that get people excited about aesthetics
- High bar for visual design and interaction
- Mastery of Figma, including components, variables, and high-fidelity prototyping
- Strong product thinking: you understand the "why" behind what you design and can push back with reasoning
