We're looking for a highly analytical Senior Business Operations Analyst to support the growth and execution of our Dispatch Intelligence product.

- 3+ years of experience in a top-tier consulting firm or in a similarly rigorous, analytical, and stakeholder-facing role with a strong track record of problem solving and cross-functional collaboration
- Proven ability to manage complex projects end-to-end, driving execution across teams and delivering results on time
- Customer-first mindset with the ability to listen, empathize, and translate feedback into actionable recommendations
- Strong communication skills – able to engage technical and non-technical audiences with equal fluency
- Data-savvy and detail-oriented, comfortable working with analytics teams and distilling insights from data
- Collaborative and proactive, excited to work across functions in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment
