About the role
Working closely with VP, Training and Education and the rest of the Training team, the intern will help plan, record, edit, and publish updated short-form training videos so that Vestmark's PTE Online Help video library accurately reflects the new UI. This is a hands-on, project-based internship ideal for a student interested in video production, instructional design, or education technology who wants real-world experience supporting a fast-moving enterprise software company.
What they're looking for
- Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program, preferably in a field such as Communications, Film/Media Production, Instructional Design, Marketing, or a related discipline
- Basic experience with screen-recording and video-editing software (e.g., Camtasia or similar tools), comfortable learning new tools quickly
- Strong attention to detail and ability to produce clean, consistent, professional-looking video content
- Solid written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to follow structured scripts/outlines and take directions from subject matter experts
- Prior coursework or hands-on experience with Camtasia, Adobe Premiere Pro/After Effects, or similar editing software
- Interest in financial services, fintech, or enterprise SaaS products

Vestmark's Training & Education team is looking for a motivated Video Production Coordinator Intern to help refresh our library of VestmarkONE (PTE) training videos to reflect the newly released UI.
