At Vestwell, our team makes all the difference. As we grow, we are seeking a Contractor, People Services to join our People Team. This role will support the administration of the company's HRI system and assist with key operational tasks such as payroll, benefits, and compliance.

- Maintain the accuracy and completeness of employee records within our HRIS, Rippling
- Manage the People Ops inbox and handle tier one inquiries such as onboarding, VOE (Verification of Employment), benefits, and leave-related questions
- Escalate complex issues as needed, ensuring they are directed to the appropriate person for resolution
- Provide support for HRIS reporting and internal metrics
