As an Ambassador, your primary role is to serve as a friendly, welcoming presence—greeting passengers, assisting with general route questions, and enhancing the overall rider experience. What they're looking for
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
- Strong communication skills with an upbeat, patient, and welcoming demeanor
- Ability to stand, walk, and balance comfortably on board a moving bus for extended periods (shifts up to 2–8 hours), with flexibility to sit through low demand periods and in between stops
- Local geography knowledge of West Palm Beach, major landmarks, and transit connections (e.g., Downtown Intermodal Center, Brightline, Tri-Rail) is a major plus
- Bilingual abilities (English/Spanish or English/Haitian Creole) are highly valued in the West Palm Beach market
- Wear professional attire, including branded West Palm Move apparel
