What they're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • 0–2 years of professional experience. Internships, part-time sales, customer-facing jobs, and campus or athletic leadership all count
  • Strong writing, speaking, and communication skills, and comfort picking up the phone
  • A competitive drive and the resilience to treat "no" as part of the process
  • Curiosity about AI, data, and manufacturing, and the ability to learn to talk about them confidently
  • Strong organization and the ability to manage a high volume of activity
