About the role
As a Data Analyst supporting the Client Group, you'll own the data work behind accurate, reliable client billing. You'll start with a focused mandate: reconciling billing data across internal systems, investigating and resolving discrepancies, and building the checks and documentation that make billing accuracy repeatable and durable.
What they're looking for
- 5+ years of experience in an analytics, data, or finance-operations role
- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, large-dataset manipulation, reconciliation)
- Strong SQL skills and comfort working with relational databases
- Demonstrated experience reconciling data across systems and investigating and resolving discrepancies
- Exceptional attention to detail and a high bar for data accuracy
- Ability to navigate imperfect data and adjust to a dynamic environment with shifting priorities
