What they're looking for
- Several years of full-cycle, in-house recruiting experience in fast-scaling SaaS or tech companies , with a strong track record hiring commercial and GTM talent
- Proven ability to build a market presence from the ground up , hands-on with sourcing, scheduling, and logistics as much as strategy, comfortable being the first dedicated TA hire for a new region or office
- Skilled active sourcer who treats outreach, networking, and community building as core to the job
- Confident stakeholder management , able to advise and influence hiring managers and leadership, including direct collaboration with founders and executive stakeholders
