Voltage is seeking motivated Production Associates to build wire harnesses to engineering specifications within our manufacturing operation. In this role, you will work under an Area Lead across key production areas including cutting, crimping, assembly, and testing. No prior wire harness experience is required—training will be provided. Build wire harnesses according to standard work instructions, engineering drawings, and quality standards.
Operate production equipment such as cutting machines, crimp presses, assembly fixtures, and test stations.
Perform self-inspections and first-article verification to ensure quality.
Identify and escalate quality issues, material defects, or equipment concerns.
Complete production tracking and system entries with training.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation in alignment with 5S practices.
Participate in daily team meetings and continuous improvement activities.
Cross-train in multiple production areas to support operational flexibility.
