Voltus is hiring a Technical Recruiter to own full-cycle recruiting for our Engineering and Product teams. This is a builder's role: you'll partner directly with engineering leadership to define hiring needs, build sourcing pipelines from scratch, and run a rigorous, fast-moving interview process. We're not looking for someone who waits for inbound applicants to come to us. We need someone who goes and finds the right people.

You'll work closely with our VP of Engineering and engineering leadership to fill roles ranging from generalist backend engineers to highly specialized positions in optimization and control systems, and you'll help us build a stronger, more diverse pipeline as we scale.
What You'll Do
Own full-cycle recruiting for engineering and product roles, from intake through offer, with autonomy to run your own process
Build and execute outbound sourcing strategies rather than relying on inbound volume; proactively source top talent from other companies, not just from those with direct energy industry backgrounds
Partner directly with hiring managers and leadership across engineering and product to build clear, well-scoped job specs, and hold the line on that bar...
