About the role
As a Manufacturing Engineering Technician at VulcanForms Inc., Devens, MA, your main objective will be to provide hands-on technical support for the Production teams. You will be responsible for supporting engineering project implementation and process improvements. This work includes process development, commissioning and troubleshooting of post process equipment and various forms of data collection.

As a Manufacturing Engineering Technician at VulcanForms Inc., Devens, MA, your main objective will be to provide hands-on technical support for the Production teams. You will be responsible for supporting engineering project implementation and process improvements. This work includes process development, commissioning and troubleshooting of post process equipment and various forms of data collection. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in the components of manufacturing operations and will have a willingness to embrace the company’s health and safety guidelines to achieve the highest standards and a safe work environment.
This shift covers Friday through Sunday and every other Thursday from 6:00am - 6:00pm.
- Support the improvement projects for product quality by identifying manufacturing issues, developing cost-effective solutions including scrap reduction.
- Develop, implement, and maintain processes for manufacturing parts, components, sub-assemblies, and final assemblies.
- Work with Production Associates to resolve manufacturing and quality problems related to methods, processes, tooling, equipment, and product design.
