- Manage the full product development life cycle from concept, specification development, and business case validation to product launch and end-of-life
- Conduct comprehensive market research and competitive analysis to identify customer needs, market trends, and portfolio enhancement opportunities
- Define and execute product marketing strategies, including pricing models, packaging, promotional direction, expense budgets, and profit plans
- Evaluate and compare multi-brand performance products to reposition the portfolio, improve market competitiveness, and expand gross margins
- Partner cross-functionally with Engineering, Sales, and Design to define product specifications and functional requirements
- Collaborate with Operations to establish accurate product forecasting, assess manufacturing capacities, and develop job estimate review processes prior to bidding
