Allegion is looking for a passionate Senior Lead Systems Engineer to work as part of a highly engaged small team within a global organization of 12,000+ employees, representing 30+ brands (including Schlage, Von Duprin and LCN) focused on safety, security and access management. You’ll work on creating solutions integrating physical products, software, and mobile applications that will enable seamless access and help keep you and your loved ones safe and secure where they work, live and thrive. - Collaborate with business and engineering leaders to decompose and allocate requirements to the correct system elements across hardware and software domains
- Collaborate with the test teams to define and execute a comprehensive verification and validation plan for all levels of requirements
- Identify areas of reuse for consistent system behavior across multiple commercial system elements
- Work directly with multiple project managers and technical leaders to plan and communicate program status, resourcing issues, and schedule expectations throughout the program duration
- Serve as a key contact with physical product, software, and mobile application teams to deliver coordinated integrations that meet the overall solution schedule milestones
- Lead technical risk management, structured problem solving, solution verification and validation activities
