- Mentor other Software Engineers and technical individuals
- Design, implement, and support robust integrations across manufacturing and enterprise systems, such as ERP, MES, SCADA, PLM, etc. using standard methodologies across the team
- Leverage AI-assisted tools and technologies to enhance SDLC, including accelerating code generation, debugging, troubleshooting, and drafting technical documentation
- Advocate for the implementation and utilization of best practices across the group
- Advise product teams on solution and data architectures with a mindset balancing delivery of business objectives with the non-functional requirements of the overall architecture
