- Conduct market research to identify customer needs and preferences by analyzing and reporting on product trends, customer reviews, and customer feedback
- Analyze data and interpret market and technology trends to assist product managers in making data-driven decisions to drive product success
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, sales, marketing and operations to help drive product initiatives forward through product development processes
- Collect, analyze, and manipulate data from business systems using Microsoft Excel
- Develop an understanding of consumer needs and requirements and represent them in MRDs and PRDs
