About the role
We’re seeking a strategic and experienced Editor to take a key leadership role in shaping the creative and commercial success of WEBTOON Originals. This position requires a strong editorial vision, deep understanding of the webcomic medium, and the ability to identify and develop high-potential stories.
What they're looking for
- 3+ years of editorial experience in webcomics fields (or similar digital narrative formats)
- Strong understanding of vertical-scroll storytelling, pacing, and audience behavior
- Demonstrated ability to guide creators and deliver high-quality editorial feedback
- Exceptional communication, project management, and organizational skills
- Ability to interpret performance data and incorporate insights into editorial strategy
- Passion for WEBTOON, manga, manhwa, genre fiction, and digital storytelling
