About the role
We are hiring an Agent Operations Territory Lead to manage product rollouts and supervise agents in different cities. You will also represent Wave, oversee our distribution and marketing, interact with users, and interview people about their needs and problems related to money transfers and financial services. What they're looking for
- Fluent in English and Krio with a good command of the local language
- At least 2 years of relevant work experience, specifically managing an agent network in Sierra Leone, including a minimum of 1 year of experience managing field-based teams
- Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, or an equivalent
- Have great leadership and people management skills
- Are excited about working in the field, as this is a largely field-operations role
- Are detail-oriented and seek to achieve excellence in everything you do
