About the role
As our fleet service continues to grow and develop, we are strengthening our team to ensure that fleet operations are managed in a structured, efficient, and scalable way. We are looking for an experienced Fleet Manager with strong expertise in fleet management who will be responsible for building, organizing, and leading the fleet function.
What they're looking for
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Transport Management, Operations, Business Administration, or a related field
- Demonstrate 3–5 years of progressive experience in fleet, transport, or large-scale operations management
- Fluency in French with an ideally good command of English
- Showcase a proven track record in managing drivers and external service providers
- Maintain deep knowledge of vehicle maintenance, insurance, and compliance documentation
- Exhibit proficiency in budget administration and complex vendor contract management
