About the role
We’re hiring a Premium Agent Network Officer to join our team in Abidjan. Reporting to the Premium Agent Network Manager, you'll help identify, train, roll out, and manage a network of premium agencies across Côte d'Ivoire. What they're looking for
- 2+ years of experience in a similar position
- Fluency in French and a decent level of English
- Located in the desired or willing to relocate
- Being able to speak local languages is a plus
- Good knowledge of supervision and monitoring of building works is a real asset
- In-depth knowledge of our product and agent network since the candidate will be required to explain the product to agents and other stakeholders
