About the role
We value being close to our customers and agents, so if you enjoy contact with customers, we have an excellent opportunity for you! As a Premium Cash Assistant, you will be the first point of contact for our customers and agents. Under the supervision of the Premium Cash Officer, you will manage the daily reconciliation of transactions in our Premium Agency based in Bamako or the upcountry.
What they're looking for
- 2+ years experience as a cashier in cash management, reconciliation, liquidity management, cash handling, or delivery
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or equivalent
- Strong proficiency in French
- Previous experience in front-office customer service or in the banking sector
- Be very vigilant, detail-oriented, and have strong integrity
- Knowing Wave products is an added value
