- Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or related field
- 12-15+ yrs experience in Finance Operations or Process Optimization, including 8+ years managing/ leadership in a rapid growth environment
- Ability to lead, develop, and support a team to deliver impact by setting goals, removing obstacles, building skills, fostering collaboration, and creating a positive, high-performing team culture
- Highly effective communicator and influencer (written, verbal and interpersonal skills)
