We take our role as stewards of Waymo's culture seriously. In this hybrid role you will report to the Manager of People and Talent Acquisition Operations and be based out of Mountain View, CA.
What they're looking for
- 6 years of experience in Recruiting Operations, HR Program Management, or related operations roles in a fast-paced technology environment
- Proven track record of leading end-to-end TA programs, system implementations, and process optimization initiatives at scale
- Deep functional expertise in Enterprise ATS administration (preferably Greenhouse), enterprise ticketing platforms (ServiceNow), and sourcing CRM tools
- Strong analytical ability to evaluate recruiting health, synthesize data using advanced spreadsheet/visualization tools, and influence executive stakeholders
- Strong business acumen with the ability to solve complex challenges, utilizing critical thinking, and analysis
