About the role
As the Radar Lead, you will be a key technical expert within the hardware team, responsible for supporting the integration of high-quality radar sensor data into our driver model. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining a comprehensive understanding of the competitive landscape in automotive radar technologies. You will also create radar data quality guidelines for our product offerings and provide domain expertise in integration, debugging, and testing.

- Proven experience working with automotive radar technologies and their integration into software-driven systems
- Experience in radar data quality control, including calibration, resolution, noise handling, and range/velocity/angular accuracy considerations
- Strong communication and presentation skills

- Strong analytical skills and the ability to evaluate the impact of sensor data on model performance
