About the role
Weave is looking for a Chief of Staff to the CEO. This role has two primary remits:
What they're looking for
- 7–10 years of professional experience with a Bachelor’s degree, or 5–7 years of experience with an MBA
- Experience operating in a B2B SaaS environment, ideally at a startup or high-growth company
- A demonstrated track record of taking ambiguous problems and turning them into executable plans and measurable outcomes
- History of leading cross-functional projects in collaboration with functional leaders and executives
- Exceptional organizational skills and operational discipline
- Strong business judgement and ability to influence and drive outcomes without relying on formal authority

The first is ownership of Weave’s “operating system”. Building and running the necessary structures, processes, and buy-in to ensure Weave’s business runs on data . Clarity of purpose, alignment to company objectives, decision-empowerment, and timely measurement are the key priorities. Data will need to be drawn from many systems and every function, so analytical and technical savvy, and an ability to collaborate effectively are essential.
