About the role
We're building a flagship cross-platform application on Kotlin Multiplatform (KMP) using Compose Multiplatform as well as SwiftUI. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and deploying native mobile apps using KMP technology. Shared KMP modules — You will write shared Kotlin Multiplatform code that provides significant, testable business logic and repositories.
What they're looking for
- 8+ years of mobile development with shipped production apps on Android, iOS, or both
- Strong Kotlin skills including coroutines and Flows
- Compose Multiplatform or strong Jetpack Compose experience, including understanding recomposition stability
- SwiftUI experience would be beneficial, including comfort working at the Swift/Kotlin boundary via SKIE, Swift Export, and/or hand-written interoperability code
- Experience working with Rust UniFFI, C++, and JS is a plus
- Contributions to open-source ML/AI or KMP libraries is a bonus

Shared KMP modules — You will write shared Kotlin Multiplatform code that provides significant, testable business logic and repositories.
Compose Multiplatform UI and Native SwiftUI — You will write user interface code to utilize shared code modules.
On-device AI — You will integrate artificial intelligence frameworks both on-device and remotely.
Performance — Profile and harden app performance on real devices. Troubleshoot hard, technical bugs.
Code review and collaboration — Review human and coding-agent diffs with equal rigor, contribute to project conventions, and mentor teammates. Improve the quality of delivered code.
