Wedge is hiring software engineering interns on a rolling basis to work side by side with our founding team in San Francisco. You'll join a fast-paced team of AI engineers building the platform that will shape the future of American healthcare. This is a high-ownership internship: you'll ship production code across our full stack, build AI agents that automate real hospital back-office operations, and own at least one feature of our platform end to end.

- Ship end-to-end features across our agent platform and backend services
- Build AI and LLM applications for healthcare operations: agent orchestration, prompt pipelines, and the evaluation infrastructure that keeps agents reliable inside hospitals.
