About the role
As a Business Development Manager, you will lead efforts for growing the regional sales and revenue of the local marketplace in your region. This role encompasses overseeing vendor partnerships, driving revenue growth, and managing operations to ensure exceptional experiences for vendors and customers. You’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the local business strategy, managing the P&L, mentoring the BDAs and fostering collaboration across different teams to drive sales goals.

- Proven experience in business development, operations management or supply chain management in food services or e-commerce strongly preferred
- Analytical and strategic thinking to manage P&L and identify growth opportunities
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to drive results and manage cross-functional teams
- Customer focused with a sales driven mindset
- Flexibility to adapt quickly to new challenges and dynamic environments
- Bilingual proficiency in Chinese and English preferred, to effectively communicate with vendor communities
