- Strong foundational knowledge in instrumentation principles, control theory, and process automation
- Familiarity with PLC programming (e.g., Siemens, Allen-Bradley), SCADA systems, and DCS architecture
- Understanding of sensor technologies (pressure, temperature, flow, displacement, vision systems)
- Exposure to data acquisition systems and signal conditioning
- Knowledge of calibration standards and metrology practices is an added advantage

- Design, develop, and maintain control systems and automation solutions for manufacturing processes.
- Troubleshoot PLC, HMI, SCADA, sensors, drives, and instrumentation issues.
- Optimize machine performance, reliability, and Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE).
- Lead root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions for equipment failures.
- Support new equipment installation, commissioning, and validation activities.
- Develop and update electrical drawings, control logic documentation, and standard operating procedures.
- Coordinate with production, maintenance, quality, and engineering teams to ensure operational excellences.
