WD is looking for a dynamic and visionary Senior Director of Workplace Experience to lead the strategy and execution of an exceptional employee experience across our global workplace portfolio. This is not a traditional facilities role, we're looking for someone who understands that the best workplaces where culture, community, and connection come alive every single day.
What they're looking for
- 10+ years in workplace /employee experience, or hospitality
- Bachelor's degree or higher education
- Proven experience building and scaling programs across multiple sites or geographies
- Strong communicator who can influence at all levels especially C-Suite
- Budget management experience across vendors and programs
- Experienced in defining key metrics and translating data into insights

You will own the development of the employees’ journey map and execute programs that bring them to life capturing the moments that matter from the moment they begin their entry into the workplace to shaping the daily environment where culture and space intersect while delivering amenity experiences.
This candidate will connect various stakeholders from IT, HR, Events, Site Services, Facility Maintenance and Design and Construction team to support the strategy and lead with Workplace Survey results for our global non- manufacturing locations. This role would be responsible for oversight of the CBRE Workplace Experience teams and setting the strategy and plan. This role will also require the candidate to be a contributing member on HRs’ Leader’s extended staff.
