- Provide technical support and engineering solutions to improve productivity, quality, cost, and process efficiency.
- Lead automation and process improvement projects from opportunity identification through development, validation, and deployment.
- Develop automation solutions to reduce manual work, improve process stability, and minimize human error.
- Monitor yield, process performance, capacity, and KPIs, and drive continuous improvement.
- Lead problem solving and root-cause analysis and implement effective corrective actions.
- Develop and maintain process instructions and standards to ensure consistent operations.
- Evaluate project effectiveness based on productivity, quality, cost, capacity, and process performance.
