You’ll own a real project within one of WD’s specialized HR teams—such as Talent Acquisition, People Intelligence & Analytics, Compensation & Benefits, Organizational Development, and more. We’ll match you to a team based on your strengths, interests, and business needs.
Throughout the summer, you’ll participate in a structured learning curriculum designed to build core early‑career and HR‑related skills. You’ll get hands-on experience with modern HR tools and analytics, collaborate with teams across the HR function, learn directly from HR leaders, and wrap up the program by presenting your capstone project to WD leadership.
