About the role
As a Quality & Test Engineer at Westmag, you will play a critical role in ensuring the reliability and performance of our drone motors and robotic actuators. You will develop and implement quality control processes, design and maintain test protocols, and analyze quality data to drive continuous improvement. You will collaborate closely with design, manufacturing, and customer teams to uphold product excellence and customer satisfaction.
What they're looking for
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field
- 3+ years of experience in quality engineering, test engineering, or a related function in manufacturing, preferably in motor, robotics, or aerospace industries
- Experience designing and implementing test protocols and quality systems
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive process improvements
- Familiarity with quality standards such as ISO 9001 or similar
- Proficient with test equipment, data acquisition systems, and statistical analysis tools
