About the role

Serve as the Finance business partner to the Wholesale organization, providing actionable financial and strategic insights to drive growth, efficiency, and profitability Own and enhance financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and re-forecasting for Wholesale, including revenue, units, gross margin, and key operational drivers across retailers and products

What they're looking for

  • 5+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, strategic finance, investment banking, consulting, or another highly analytical finance role
  • Strong financial modeling and forecasting skills, with demonstrated ability to translate business performance into forward-looking plans and actionable insights
  • Strong understanding of revenue, gross margin, and channel economics, including the impact of pricing, product mix, promotions, and other drivers of profitability
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, experience with EPM systems, SQL, Python, or other analytical tools is a plus
  • Strong analytical and commercial judgment, with the ability to identify key business drivers, evaluate tradeoffs, and inform complex decisions
  • Highly effective, unbiased communicator with the ability to adapt communication style to different audiences. Can articulate complex data clearly to a diverse range of stakeholders

WHOOP is hiring an FP&A Manager to serve as the finance business partner to our rapidly growing Wholesale organization. In this role, you will partner closely with Wholesale leadership to drive forecast accuracy, inform key commercial decisions, and improve the efficiency and profitability of the channel through disciplined financial planning, margin management, and analysis. You will bring together detailed financial modeling and strategic thinking to provide greater visibility into business performance while helping strengthen the finance infrastructure and processes that support the continued growth of Wholesale at WHOOP.
