- We are looking for a business athlete - someone who is intellectually curious, thrives on solving complex problems, can operate across a wide variety of situations, and approaches their work with humility and honesty
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field
- 2-3+ years of professional experience, ideally in investment banking, private equity or growth investing, management consulting, corporate strategy, strategic finance, or a similarly analytical environment
- Exceptional financial modeling and analytical skills, with the ability to build clear, flexible models from the ground up and translate analysis into business implications
- Strong presentation and storytelling skills, including the ability to distill complex topics into concise, persuasive materials for senior leaders
- Excellent problem solving skills and comfort bringing structure to ambiguous, open ended questions
