About the role
We're looking for a Staff Product Designer — a senior individual contributor who acts as a force multiplier across Within's product. You'll lead multiple complex, ambiguous design efforts end to end, set the bar for craft and for how design and code work together, and shape how our AI-native enterprise product holds together as one coherent system. Designer first, you bring your designs to life in working prototypes and into the product itself, with engineering alongside you.

- At home in ambiguity, high agency — You find the high-value problems, commit to a direction, and move strategy and people without authority
- You may be a good fit if you have — Extensive experience designing complex software, a track record of leading ambiguous, high-impact work end to end, and examples of raising the bar across a team
