About the role
The Global Security Technical Organization sits at the epicenter of Google Cloud Security’s mission to help global enterprises protect their most critical assets and innovate fearlessly in the AI era. Spanning pre-sales Customer Engineering (SE), post-sales technical engagement, and technical enablement, this organization bridges complex technical architecture with commercial execution across the entire customer lifecycle.
What they're looking for
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
- 12+ years of experience in Chief of Staff, Business Operations, Corporate Strategy, Management Consulting, or operational leadership roles within high-scale technology organizations
- Experience serving as a Chief of Staff or senior strategic partner to a Vice President or equivalent executive leading a large, complex technical or go-to-market organization
- Demonstrated track record of establishing and running executive operating cadences, business reviews, OKR frameworks, and strategic planning cycles
- Experience influencing, negotiating, and driving execution across large, matrixed organizations without direct functional authority
- Exceptional written and verbal executive communication skills
