About Wordware

AI agents you can rely on. Backed by Y Combinator and Felicis.

About the role

People who try Sauna stay. Our week-two retention is 74%, which is the number investors care most about and the one we are proud of. Almost nobody knows the product exists. We have done no paid, no SEO, no affiliate, no referral loops, and nothing on lifecycle. Our top of funnel is a founder sending a hundred cold emails a day from his own inbox between product decisions.

What they're looking for

  • You have priced or grown a usage-based product and know why LTV to CAC is not enough when inference is your cost of goods
  • You have run a UGC creator program or an affiliate program at real volume
  • A portfolio of work that traveled, with the numbers attached
  • Existing relationships with creators, newsletters, or AI community distribution channels
  • Already using Sauna, or something like it, as part of how you work

The clearest way to see it is a tool doing what its whole category cannot. An ordinary Calendly shows a stranger your free slots.
