- Global Team Leadership: Track record of leading and growing teams that demonstrate inclusivity, high-trust, and high-performance across geographies
- Digital & AI Fluency: practical understanding of enterprise functional revenue tooling and frontier AI models/agents, with informed judgment about where each fits, and doesn't fit, in the customer journey and GTM service offering
- GTM Acumen: strong understanding of field GTM operating models and motions, and how to use data to define value and outcomes
- Technology Decision Ownership: experience making technology buying and building decisions, with a proven track record of driving long-term adoption and ownership success
- Cross-Functional Leadership: demonstrated ability to build shared vision and drive aligned execution with peer leaders
- Executive Presence: ability to connect with senior stakeholders and advise on cross-functional digital and field trade-offs - well verse in GTM KPIs and executive-level measures of success
