We are seeking a highly qualified Principal Enablement Architect.This isn't just a senior individual contributor role; it's a pivotal opportunity to drive how we transform our Revenue organization’s performance across skill, process, tool, and revenue leadership development efforts. What they're looking for
- 12+ years of corporate experience in enablement, performance consulting, or instructional design, with a portfolio of high-quality, complex programs built to drive behavioral and metric-driven change
- 5+ years of experience leading large, complex revenue enablement projects with diverse global decision-makers and collaborators in a fast-paced, technology-first environment
- 5+ years of experience developing comprehensive enablement content, such as sales playbooks, go-to-market strategies, process guides, methodology training, and leadership coaching frameworks for diverse global audiences
- 2+ years years experience applying enterprise-level AI tools and a demonstrated track record of learning the AI landscape quickly to enhance productivity, coaching, and content creation in an enablement context
- Master's Degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Organizational Development, Adult Learning, or a related field
- Deep knowledge of B2B revenue methodologies (e.g., MEDDPICC, Challenger, Value Selling), customer lifecycle processes, and coaching frameworks
