The Developer Platform is an embedded platform-as-a-service (PaaS) built on highly scalable cloud backend infrastructure and AI capabilities, enabling enterprise applications, AI agents, and core integrations to run securely and reliably. What they're looking for
- 8+ years of product management, software engineering, or technical platform leadership experience, with proven ownership of developer-facing software products, cloud infrastructure, or monitoring tools
- 4+ years of hands-on experience building, scaling, or managing observability platforms, log management systems (e.g., Splunk, ELK), monitoring tooling, or OpenTelemetry (OTEL) telemetry infrastructure
- 4+ years of experience working cross-functionally across complex technical dependencies with multiple engineering, SRE, and architecture teams
- Proven expertise with OpenTelemetry (OTEL) standards, log aggregation, distributed tracing, and enterprise monitoring frameworks
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a demonstrated ability to articulate complex telemetry and observability architectural concepts clearly to executive stakeholders and software engineers
