In this role you will deliver outstanding Collaboration service to the enterprise demonstrating our SaaS product suite which comprises of Slack, Google Workspace, O365 (Microsoft Teams) and other applications like Miro, Asana and Smartsheet. What they're looking for
- Professional Experience: 8+ years of hands-on experience in IT engineering, platform administration, or enterprise systems engineering
- AI Platform Readiness: Hands-on experience or interest in integrating enterprise AI tools and third-party SaaS products with enterprise collaboration stacks
- Enterprise Platform Expertise: Deep administrative expertise across core collaboration platforms, specifically Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive, Vault), Slack Enterprise Grid, and Microsoft 365 / MS Teams
- Technical Operations (L3/L4): Proven experience operating as an escalation point for complex L3/L4 technical issues, incident management, root cause analysis, and ticketing systems (ServiceNow or Jira)
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field (or equivalent practical work experience)
- Global Support & Coordination: Ability to coordinate across global operations and maintain seamless daily handoffs across time zones (PST / IST) to ensure 24x5 coverage
