About the role
We’re hiring an experienced Engineering Manager to lead a team of product engineers at WorkOS. We’re looking for a leader who is excited to manage engineers, but approaches the role as a startup founding member would. This role is ideal for someone with a builder’s DNA and you will play a key role in shaping product decisions, driving technical strategy, and empowering your team to execute on high-impact projects.
