About the role
You'll own your product area end-to-end — defining its strategy, roadmap, and long-term vision. From customer discovery and hypothesis development through execution, iteration, and measurable business outcomes, you'll shape the product narrative, set north-star metrics, and drive the investments that improve how hourly businesses hire, manage, and retain their workforce.
