WorkWhile is an hourly labor marketplace that connects businesses with flexible professionals for various job opportunities. The platform allows companies to find workers for events and warehouse tasks, ensuring that their staffing needs are met efficiently. Backed by Khosla Ventures.
About the role
We're looking for a Product Manager to help shape how WorkWhile builds for both sides of our marketplace. You'll work directly with engineering and cross-functional stakeholders to define what gets built, why, and in what order - translating ambiguous problems into clear product direction. Your specific area of ownership will depend on where the roadmap needs you most, and you'll report to our Head of Product.
What they're looking for
- 2-3+ years of experience in product management, or in a highly analytical, customer- or data-facing role (consulting, analytics, engineering, ops) with a clear product management trajectory
- Comfort operating in ambiguity: you can scope work from an incomplete brief and know how to move forward anyway
- Strong written and verbal communication, you can hold your own with an engineer, an operator, and a stakeholder in the same afternoon
- Instinct for prioritization: you know the difference between what someone is asking for and what they actually need
- Track record of shipping - you can point to product work you've owned end-to-end
