About the role
Develop and run RFQ-based trading strategies for tokenized spot equities: set parameters such as buffers, spreads, and size limits, while optimizing for evolving business goals. Price instruments where reference prices are thin or stale, such as long-tail stocks and extended and overnight sessions.

- 4+ years trading at a market maker, prop firm, DEX, or brokerage, with professional experience specifically trading spot equities
- Experience developing RFQ systems
- A rigorous approach to risk management: you track exposure, hedge thoughtfully, and escalate early when conditions shift
- Self-directed and adaptable: you're comfortable operating with autonomy in a remote-first environment
- Strong analytical and software engineering skills (e.g., Rust)

As a Trader, you'll develop and run strategies for tokenized equities, pricing and hedging risk across onchain markets and traditional brokerage venues. You'll be responsible for managing capital and writing the code that puts your strategies into production. This is a hybrid trading and engineering role.
