- Proven composure under pressure — able to execute high-stakes, irreversible financial operations accurately, stay methodical in time-sensitive situations, and hold the line on approval/security procedures even under pressure from seniority

As a Trading Operations Associate, you'll be responsible for the safe, accurate execution of fund movements, settlements, and treasury operations across our exchange accounts, wallets, and counterparties.
Execute and verify fund transfers, settlements, and exchange account operations across CEXs and onchain wallets
Manage wallet and multisig operations — signing, key custody, permissions, and transaction verification
Reconcile balances, transfers, fees, and P&L using Excel/Sheets and Python-based tooling
Independently sanity-check transaction details and flag inconsistencies or suspicious instructions before execution, regardless of who's requesting them
Maintain and improve operational processes and security procedures for treasury and settlement workflows
Operate methodically under time pressure on high-stakes, often irreversible transactions
