About the role
Own the roadmap and vision for Vendor Spend — aligning customer needs and business priorities into a clear, sequenced plan you can defend, and defining the success metrics that prove it's working (adoption, cost and fraud reduction, revenue signals). Expand and streamline how productions pay AP vendors — ACH (moving toward faster settlement), checks, direct-to-bank processing, card payments, and international — reducing time-to-payment and pushing toward true straight-through processing.
What they're looking for
- 0→1 experience standing up a new payments or card capability under real ambiguity
- Risk & compliance: fraud/AML controls, transaction screening, or tax reporting (1099) in a financial product
- Scale-up experience at a high-growth SaaS company, maturing product process while keeping speed
