About the role
We are seeking a highly organized and technically skilled Energy Storage Asset Manager to own the performance, reliability, and maintenance of our Megapack energy storage fleet supporting SpaceXAI's AI infrastructure in Memphis. You will serve as the primary owner of day-to-day operations, service coordination with Tesla, and long-term asset optimization for one of the largest and most critical battery deployments powering AI training. This is a full-time, onsite role based in Memphis, Tennessee.

- Proven track record coordinating with OEM field service teams and managing vendor relationships in a mission-critical environment
- Experience with maintenance planning, asset management, and regulatory compliance for high-voltage energy infrastructure
- Excellent organizational and communication skills with the ability to drive issues to resolution under time pressure
- Comfortable working onsite in an industrial/data center environment
- Position is subject to pre-employment and annual post-employment background checks
- Comfortable working in an environment requiring exposure to noise and industrial conditions
