Human Data powers model training and evaluation by producing high-quality human-generated data at scale. This role focuses on the metrics, systems, and operating insights that help Human Data run efficiently—spanning workforce performance, capacity and allocation, operational process health, and decision-making support for cross-functional partners.
What they're looking for
- Bachelor’s degree
- 1+ years of professional experience in business analytics, business operations, consulting, workforce/operations analysis, or growth/ops strategy
- 1+ years of experience building and owning analytical models, trackers, or operating systems in Excel / Google Sheets or equivalent
- Weekend work may be required
- Travel to other SpaceXAI sites may be required
